If you need to reschedule a one-to-one session, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be moved to another mutually agreed date without charge.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as used and are non-refundable.
If you do not attend a session without prior notice, the session will be treated as used and no refund will be given.
If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will offer you an alternative date as soon as possible. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, any payment relating to that session will be refunded.
For packages containing multiple sessions, cancellation or rescheduling of an individual session does not cancel the package as a whole. Remaining sessions will continue as agreed.
If you decide not to continue with a package after the work has begun, unused sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Workshops and events may have separate cancellation terms. Any different terms will be stated clearly on the relevant booking page.
