This workshop is a deep dive into understanding the fierce primal forces that rise to protect you when you feel vulnerable, exposed or cornered. Not gentle ‘guardian angels’ or ‘spirit animals’ and not abstract archetypes or borrowed symbols. These are your forces, your protectors and soldiers, forged in the fires of your life, your pain, your power.
Are they wild and untamed? Are they shadowed aspects of your being that need tending? Have they been forgotten and neglected?
Find out what powers are waiting to be recognised and called into balance.
During this workshop you wil get to know what is already standing behind you, teeth bared, waiting for your eyes to meet theirs and to engage these forces as formidable allies. You will learn to recognise them and bring them into alignment with you so that they may support you when called rather than run wild.
❖ What You’ll Experience
This is a small-scale (no more than 5 participants per session) face-to-face hands-on meditation and visualisation workshop in a welcoming, safe and private space :-
- Understand who or what your guardians are – not as symbols, but as powerful, living, breathing energetic manifestations of protection. These forces may take many forms: animalistic, shadowed, draconic, ancestral or entirely unique to you.
- Explore how these guardians formed: What space did they arise from? Were they born of trauma, courage, rage, or love?
- Examine whether your guardians remain in harmony with you now – or if they’ve become restless, bound too tightly or misaligned with your path.
- Learn techniques to soothe, align or strengthen the connection to these guardians in a way that restores balance to their function and purpose.
❖ Who This Is For
This workshop is for those already familiar with shadow work, visualisation techniques, energetic practices and deep self-reflection.
This is for people who are ready to face the truths that stand in their shadowed corners and bring them into light – not to destroy, but to honour and realign.
❖ What to Bring
- A mat or meditation cushion – something to sit or lie on comfortably during guided meditation.
- A blanket
- Your courage to meet these forces openly and honestly
